Our story begins three years ago when driven by a passion for quality and the unusual, we started to import and distribute seafood of exceptional quality from northern France (Brittany and Normandy).
The name Le Vivier is inspired from the technical name of aquariums in which live sea beings are being kept, aquariums which accurately reproduce the natural environment of the ocean (temperature, salinity and oxygen). Vivier also means breeding ground for talent.
From here emerges the desire to bring the true experience of sea food to our customers.
Led by the idea of quality in everything we do, we chose a team of the best people. Our Chef has 17 years experience in making quality dishes while the last 4 years of experience was gained in France.
The manager was schooled in Parisian restaurants and is gratuated in WSET level 2 Wine & Spirit.
